Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to goods purchased via our website, at our café or our meal plan deliveries.

1. Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card (MasterCard & VISA). Prices quoted are in AED and all payments are to be made in AED.
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Your credit card will be billed on the first day of delivery.
If for any reason your order has been processed and an item becomes unavailable, we will provide you with an option (i) to consider selecting an alternative product or (ii) opting for a refund should we be unable to deliver the product to you by a suitable time. Refunds may not be immediately credited to your account so please allow up to 14 working days.
Should a payment not be processed by your bank you need to contact us directly via phone 050 418 8378 or email info@simplecafe.ae to correct your order as soon as possible during our business hours.

2. Orders and Deliveries.

All our items are lovingly hand packed, but should your order be damaged whilst on it’s route, or you are unhappy with the item please contact us at Simple Cafe on 050 418 8378 or email us at info@simplecafe.ae, explaining the situation. We will then either replace the damaged or unwanted item at no additional cost to you or refund you according to the item or service. This will be at our discretion and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged/unwanted items (our driver will collect) or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph, before a refund or replacement is sent out.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the ‘Simple Experience’ and we are committed to deliver your order correctly, carefully and on time.
If you receive something that is incorrect we will credit the item value back to you.
We do allow you to change your delivery address but please allow 24 hours notice at the latest to ensure smooth arrival and inform us by sending us an e mail to info@simplecafe.ae or giving us a call on 050 418 8378 We will do our very best to accommodate your needs but your request will not be a guarantee and may not be able to arrive at the exact time.
In this situation we cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries.
Make sure you are available to receive delivery.
Should we be unable to deliver at the provided address we will contact you via phone. No answer does result in items either being left in a safe spot outside the address or being returned by our driver.
Once delivery is made, we are not responsible for items left to spoil.

3. Returning Goods

If you wish to return any ordered food item to Simple for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, we will only issue a refund if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.

4. Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing you with the freshest possible products and an efficient, personal service at all times.
With our commitment and desire to offer quality, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation, ahead of scheduled commencement date of your plan/or product purchase.
Cancellations have to be issued in writing to Simple at info@simplecafe.ae or by telephone on 050 418 8378 followed by a confirmation e mail. Should the cancellation be issued within less than 48 hours prior to the selected delivery date a 50% refund will be applied.

4. If we get it wrong

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you at no further cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available or we are unable to deliver the replacement we will refund a day’s plan or cost of the item.
In all other circumstances where Simple is not at fault, then the delivery charges will be your responsibility.
We take pride in making sure that our customers are as happy as possible and that our service is unique, personal and efficient. We want you to come back and join us on our path for a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle so your feedback is very important to us. We can’t improve if we are not aware so if you aren’t satisfied with your order please do contact us on 0504188378 where our staff will do everything they can to ensure action is taken.

5. Changes

Changes to this agreement are likely and Simple reserve the right to do so. It’s important to check this agreement regularly. Accessing this website after changes have been made on a continuous basis results in acceptance of those changes.
New services, products and pricing may be offered through the Simple website. New items are also subject to these terms and conditions and can be changed.

NOTE: Simple Cafe will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
