I’ve been personal training for over 10 years. In that time I’ve discovered that staying in shape comes down to keeping your training and nutrition simple.
I always recommend a mixture of lifting weights and cardio in my training programs. Lifting weights will sculpt and strengthen your body, whilst cardiovascular exercise helps keep your heart and lungs healthy.
I recommend getting enough protein in your diet to rebuild and repair your muscles after exercise. Eating a wide variety of single ingredient foods (lots of fruit and veg) is the best way to stay lean and healthy!
