I have been using Simple Cafe for many years, for both myself and for my clients.  The plans are brilliant and give people a real kickstart on how to eat healthy and learning how to include a variety of fruit & veg based meals into your diet. 

There is no better feeling than good health, my advice to anyone who is new to exercise and healthy eating is to ensure your doing some form of exercise or an activity you enjoy at least three times a week. Make sure you enjoy what you are eating and remember all the benefits that come with eating a variety of healthy foods will improve your energy levels and you will realise how easy it is to live a healthy lifestyle with the right support and advice from a specialist.

  2. 20 Jumping lunges 
  3. 30 Squat thrusts 
  4. 40 side to side taps 
  5. 50 switch kicks 

Quickest time possible 3-5 rounds
